Christine Hladik

Christine Rene Hladik, 51, of Lincoln, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021. She was born on December 13, 1969 in Bennet, Nebraska to William Jurey, Sr. and Earlene (Grant) Barney.
Christine enjoyed summer and going to the parks, pools, and state fair. She also enjoyed playing card and board games with friends and family. She loved watching movies with her kids and a bowl of popcorn. Music was her therapy for any mood, she appreciated all genres. Christine also enjoyed cooking and was particularly proud of her homemade fried chicken and mashed potatoes that everybody loved to eat.
Christine is survived by her parents, Earlene (Dean) Barney and William (Linda) Jurey, Sr.; daughters, Ginny (Shawn) Marr, Heather Jurey, and Shelby Widhalm; son, Caleb Jurey; grandchildren, Deonte Kearns and Tristalynn Cleary; brother, William (Heather) Jurey, Jr., niece and nephew, Emily Jurey and William P. Jurey.
