Cody Aaron Lenton

With deepest sorrow, we announce that Cody Aaron Lenton, age 25 our most beloved father, son, brother, family member and friend suddenly passed away on May 4, 2020, in his home.
Those who knew Cody, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives as he left a spark on everyone who met him. Most importantly, Cody loved being a father, his daughters were his whole world.
Cody grew up in Norfolk until the age of 13 then moving to Lincoln. While living on Norfolk, Cody played baseball for the VFW league as a pitcher from the age of 7 to 13. After moving to Lincoln, Cody attended Southeast Highschool then graduated from Bryan Community School in 2013.
Cody welcomed his first daughter, Briella, in 2017 then Kingsley in 2018. Cody had a deep love for his family and cherished the time they would spend together, enjoying family dinners and battling it out on FortNite with his nieces, nephew, and cousins.
Cody is survived by his daughters; Briella (3) and Kingsley (1), mother; Colleen Lenton, father; Jody Lenton, Sister; Julie Wilson, Brothers; Chris Lenton and Cory Lenton as well as aunts, an uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
