Cynthia Clark

Cynthia Lynn (Reed) Clark, 72, of Lincoln, NE passed away June 17, 2026. Born March 9, 1954 in Omaha, NE to Donald and Margret (Talmon) Reed.

Cindy graduated from Burke High School in 1972. She went to University of Nebraska (Omaha) for 1 year to study accounting. She then attended Patricia Steven's Secretarial School in Omaha where she graduated with honors. Cindy then moved to Lincoln and started at Accent Services Co. as a receptionist in 1976. She worked at Accent until the day her oldest son, Billy, was born in 1980. After her youngest son, Brad, started school in 1988, she started at LES (Lincoln Electric System) in the mailroom and worked her way to Secretary in Administrations. In 1999 she started working part time at Arby’s and worked along side both of her sons. She later became General Manager of her own Arby’s store. Around this time she met her husband, Troy Clark, and they married September 15, 2001. They worked together at Cellular One (Verizon) and later VSA (Video Service of America).

Cindy loved to bowl, play board games and cards. She especially loved to play games at family gatherings and enjoyed playing Sheepshead with her card group. For many years Cindy and Troy were Lincoln Stars season ticket holders.

Family members include husband, Troy Clark; Sons, Billy Hays; wife Alysa, Brad Hays; girlfriend Jillian, grandchildren; Selena Hays, boyfriend Ruben, Will Hays, and Xavier. Preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Margret (Talmon) Reed.
