David Drake Hultgrien

David Drake Hultgrien, known affectionately as Dave, was born on June 5, 1970, in Wahoo, NE, and lived a life characterized by deep love, unwavering loyalty, and profound compassion. Throughout his 56 years, Dave's light shone brightly, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Residing in Milford, Nebraska, he navigated the roads as a dedicated truck driver for FedEx Freight, finding joy in every journey and every chance to connect with people far and wide. As passionate as he was about his work, his heart truly belonged to his hobbies. Racing, boating, camping; these were not mere pastimes for Dave, but gateways to life’s myriad adventures. Yet, the real adventure was those moments he cherished with his family, the center of his universe.

Dave's memory will be cherished by his loving spouse, Tammy Hultgrien and his children. A funny man with a heart of gold, Dave's sense of humor was as vibrant as his spirit and as infectious as his generosity. He had a unique way of making everyone around him feel happy and loved, a testament to his innate kindness and innate ability to uplift others.

Dave is survived by his wife, Tammy; children, Brandy, Dustin (Fanny); brother, Rick (Susie), nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Carol Hultgrien; son, Trenton; sister, Linnea.
