Elsye Lynnette Tucker (Carr), 66, Lincoln, passed away March 11, 2017. Born on November 20, 1950 to Norene Swindler and Henry Carr in Rosewell, New Mexico.Lynn loved her family, animals, cooking, crocheting, traveling, and the super natural. She was called a beyonder for being born in Roswell and she played with the idea. She had an amazing sence of humor, a deeply caring heart, and a smile to light up the world. But she could be stubborn too.
