Jeremiah Cummings

Jeremiah Douglas Cummings was born in Red Cloud, NE, to John and Diane Cummings on Jan. 9, 1978 and died June 30, 2018. He attended Prescott and Beaty Elementary schools, Irving Jr. High and Lincoln High, before graduation from Lincoln Christian. His senior year he participated in choir, drama and qualified for the state track meet in the 400M. He served in the Air Force from 2004-2008, flying with the J. Stars.In 2008, he married Kandace Wilkens and two beautiful children were born into their family; Joseph Eli and Gloria Esther. The were divorced in 2017, remaining friends. Jeremiah was just a few credits short of completing a graphic design degree. He was a loving father, son, grandson, and brother who will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. Some of his many interests were: singing, biking, drawing, excellent hacky-sacker, and enjoying many friendships.
