Leroy Arthur Minzel

LeRoy A. Minzel, 83, Lincoln, died Friday (1/15/16) in Lincoln. Born, (11/28/32), Emerald, NE. to John and Sophie (Busboom) Minzel. Served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He worked for 38 years at Jostens Wilbert Vault. Member: American Legion. LeRoy was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survivors: wife, Beryl; daughters Myra Christensen, Debra Novotny; step-sons, Douglas (Sharol) Murrell, Derald (Maggie) Murrell, Mark (Linda) Murrell; sisters, Marion Radford, Elvera (Glen) Allen; grandchildren, Lonnie and Trevor Poland; 10 step-grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.Preceded in death by first wife, Charlene Minzel; step-daughter Debra Murrell; son-in-law, Don Christensen.A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
