Linda Gottschall

Linda Kay Gottschall, fondly known as Lindy Lou, was a beacon of love, loyalty and creativity. Born on March 25, 1949, in Columbus, NE, Linda's dedication to her loved ones shone brightly throughout her 75 years. Linda was a woman of many talents, but it was her loyal heart and loving nature that left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Linda was a woman of great passion. She had a love for Cape Cod glass, amassing an extensive collection that reflected her keen eye for beauty and detail. Her creative spirit also extended to her home, where she decorated and accented each room with a unique touch. Linda's passion for the restaurant industry was evident in her successful career as a manager and business owner. She was a dedicated professional who brought warmth and enthusiasm to her work. Linda's love, however, was not confined to her professional pursuits. She had an insurmountable love for her family, spoiling her children and grandchildren at every opportunity. Their happiness was her greatest joy.

Linda is survived by her loving spouse, George Gottschall; her children, Bret Gottschall (Susan), Tiffany Gottschall, and Dawn Bolen; her grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Tess, and Donovan; her sister, Lavonne Kaup, and sister-in-law, Sue Henggeler. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Lucille Henggeler; and her siblings, Leo, Lila, Lowell, and Loren Henggeler. Linda's legacy of love, dedication, and loyalty will forever be remembered by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
