Lorn J. Engquist, 62, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020, at his home. Born March 11, 1958, in Omaha, NE to Spencer and Lois (Danner) Engquist. He graduated from Platte Valley Academy in Shelton, NE with the class of 1976. Lorn married Barbara Hamilton in 1998. He owned and operated Lincoln Hardwood Floor Service in Lincoln, NE. Lorn is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Nickolas Engquist and Ivybelle Engquist all of Lincoln, NE; sister, Stephanie (Dean) Cochran of Overland Park, KS; niece, Kristen (Sean) Miller, and nephew, Kyle (Jessica) Cochran. Funeral service is 2:30 PM, Friday, July 10, 2020, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Lincoln, NE. Viewing and Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM, Prior to the service.
