My Yen Huynh, 74, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2026, at her home in Lincoln, Nebraska.

My was born on June 28, 1952, in Vietnam. She married Hung Phan and together they built a loving family.

She is survived by her husband, Hung Phan; her children, Phuong (Thao) Phan, Hugh (Leia) Phan, and Kim (Daniel) Combs; her grandchildren, Thaniel, Tiana, Taylor, Clayton, and Chloe; along with numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister.
