Paul Alyn Earnest

Paul Alyn Earnest, took his last breath on earth on January 5, 2025. Born on July 7, 1955, Paul spent his rich and fulfilling life in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he was known for his adventurous spirit, his loving heart, and his loyal friendship. He was a man who had an uncanny ability to find joy and treasure in the common items that most people overlooked. An avid picker, Paul had a knack for discovering the extraordinary in the ordinary, a quality that made him exceptionally unique and cherished.

Paul was a beacon of kindness, embodying a genuine belief in the importance of being kind to one another. He was a witty conversationalist who could easily lighten up any room with his charm and charisma. His loyalty was unwavering, and he was always there for anyone who needed him. However, the true treasure in Paul's life was his family. His love for his grand babies and children was a testament to his boundless capacity to love and care. His eyes would light up at the mention of his beloved fiancée, Lori Wagner, who survives him. His heart would swell with pride and joy whenever he spoke of his grandchildren, symbolizing the legacy he leaves behind.

Paul is survived by his Fiancée, Lori Wagner; children, Paul (Kathleen), Brandon (Sarah), Nicole (Sean) Hansen, Scott (Meg); grandchildren, Asher, Liam, Taryn, Annabel, Graham; brother, Jon (Terri); sister, Susy (Jim) McMahan, nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Katherine Earnest; uncle, George.
