Phekhit "P.K." Phaisan, 70, passed away Saturday, August 4, 2018, at his home surrounded by family. Funeral service is 11:00 am, Thursday, August 9, 2018, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 5200 R Street. Viewing and visitation will be 2 hours before the service. Memorials may be directed to his family for a future designation.P.K. was born May 7, 1948, in Cambodia, the son of Labpey and Soikin (Promnam) Phaisan. He immigrated his family to Lincoln, Nebraska in 1982, to provide a better life. P.K. enjoyed time with his family and especially his grandchildren.P.K. is survived by his wife, Kimhon Phaisan; children, Pete Phaisan (Variya Ruenprom), Tengorn Phaisan, Myria Phaisan (Sam Hussain), Shai Phaisan (Carlos Roque), and Aroun (Kim) Phaisan; grandchildren, Aysha Gothey, Tia Phaisan, Roenin Phaisan, and Alexa Roque; mother, Soikin Promnam; sister, Khamhan (Arun) Vimolseng; brothers, Nhing (Malai) Phaisan and Toona (Cheng) Phaisan; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers.
