Raymond Willard Shepard, Jr, 66, of Lincoln, passed away Friday, September 7, 2018. Born to Raymond and Erma (Baker) Shepard on June 30, 1952 in Lincoln, Nebraska.Raymond was a fun-loving guy with a bright smile. He loved to bowl, competing in the special Olympics bowling, and being involved in social clubs.
