William "Bill" McArtor

William "Bill" E. McArtor, 59, passed away July 24, 2017 in Lincoln, Ne from injuries in an accident.William E. McArtor was born November 29, 1957, the son of William and Caroline (Blankenfeld) McArtor. Bill married Carla Berry in 1977 at the Sunken Gardens in Lincoln, Nebraska. Bill had 35+ years as a journeymen lineman with LES. Bill enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with his family.Bill is survived by his wife Carla McArtor of Lincoln, NE; children, Janina (Jay) Chapin, and Jeremy (Freddy) McArtor all of Lincoln, NE; three grandchildren, Emily, William, and Owen; mother, Caroline Gaube; sisters, Pamela (Russ) Neujahr, Sue (Lloyd) Hanneman, and Diana Jackson (James Adkins), Barbara (Merle) Oosting; brother, Jerry McArtor (Tari Cox) all of Lincoln, NE; along with aunt Barb, uncle Gene, uncle Jim and numbers other relatives. Preceded in death by his father, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gianna and Les Berry.
